3. Resolution Process: Upon receipt of the required evidence, Hartkart will assess the reported issue and, if validated, provide the customer with a return address and initiate the refund process.

4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed upon satisfactory validation of the reported issue through the provided image or video evidence. Failure to provide the required evidence within the stipulated time frame may impact eligibility for a refund.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Hartkart encourages customers to resolve issues through our established resolution process. Pursuing a chargeback without adhering to the specified notification and evidence requirements may result in delays in issue resolution.

8. Chargebacks: Customers are advised that initiating a chargeback without following the outlined procedures for issue resolution may result in additional delays and could impact the eligibility for a refund.
